Kayla Richards is an entrepreneur and experienced tax professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Her journey began in the automotive sector where she developed a strong foundation in finance, client relations, and helping individuals navigate important financial decisions.

Over the years, Kayla transitioned into the tax industry where she built a successful tax preparation business and began mentoring other professionals who wanted to enter the field. Through hands-on experience, leadership, and training, she has helped multiple tax preparers learn the industry and build confidence in serving their clients.

As her business grew, Kayla recognized the need for better systems, stronger support, and more opportunities for tax professionals to grow beyond simply preparing returns. That vision led to the creation of LegacyPro Tax, a platform designed to help tax professionals operate and scale their businesses with the right infrastructure and support.

Today, Kayla continues to lead a growing network of tax professionals while focusing on building systems that allow others to succeed in the tax industry.
